关于最近行业市场流行我公司因临近学校旁而不得不停止经营的不实说法，久瑞公司现作如下申明：

Regarding the widely-circulating rumor in the industry market recently that our company had to stop operating due to its proximity to the school, Jiurui Company hereby makes the following statement:

1、 久瑞不会中断经营，将持续为客户提供优质的产品和服务。

1、Instead of discontinuing business, Jiurui will continue to deliver high quality products and services to customers.

2、 新建而非简单搬迁。根据张家界市政府的规划，将兴建植物提取产业园——“翠谷”，久瑞作为政府支持的入驻园区的大型企业，积极响应政府号召，计划在园区建设一家万吨级产能的全新自动化工厂。届时，久瑞将成为亚洲数一的五倍子加工企业。在此期间，久瑞现有生产线将保持满负荷生产。

2、Building a new site is not simply about relocation. “Green Valley”, the largest phytoextraction industrial park, is set to be built, as planned by Zhangjiajie Municipal Government. In response to the government’s calls, Jiurui will be the first large business with government support to appear in the park and plans to build a brand-new automated plant with capacity up to tens of thousands tons. Jiurui, by then, will become the largest gallnut processing company in Asia. From now to then, existing processing lines of Jiurui will maintain full-load operation. 

3、久瑞董事会对植物提取行业充满信心，将依托实力雄厚的股东和管理团队，不断加大资金投入和研发创新，不断提高产品质量和丰富产品结构，将久瑞打造成为植提行业数一数二的规模化企业。

3、Board of directors of Jiuui are full of confidence for the phytoextraction industry.
